Key Responsibilities:

Attend inbound and outbound calls from US-based clients
Understand customer requirements and provide prompt solutions
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when necessary

Requirements:

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
