Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical fresher to join our Commercial Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation team. The candidate will support the preparation of commercial real estate appraisal and valuation reports through market research, data collection, financial analysis, and report preparation.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical exposure to U.S. commercial real estate markets, property valuation, market research, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing commercial real estate appraisal and valuation reports for properties such as office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use properties.
Conduct market research and collect property and comparable sales data.
Assist with comparable sales and lease comparable analysis.
Collect and organize property financial information, rent rolls, and operating statements.
Support analysts in applying basic valuation methods such as Sales Comparison, Income Capitalization, and Cost Approach.
Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, valuation summaries, and basic financial models.
Research zoning, tax records, ownership details, and other publicly available property information.
Maintain databases, comparable property records, and project trackers.
Assist in reviewing and formatting appraisal reports for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with internal teams and senior analysts for required documentation and project updates.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Commercial Real Estate and Valuation are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to work in Night / Mid Shift.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of commercial real estate concepts is an advantage.
Familiarity with financial statements, property data, or basic financial analysis is preferred.
Knowledge of ARGUS, CoStar, MLS, or other real estate databases is an added advantage.
Interest in working with U.S. commercial real estate markets will be an added advantage.
