Job Description

As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for supporting US healthcare revenue cycle operations through effective communication with insurance companies and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

If Required make outbound calls to US insurance companies to check claim status
Handle denials management and patient eligibility verification
Perform insurance follow-ups to ensure timely claim resolution
Ensure adherence to defined productivity and quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance guidelines
Meet daily and monthly performance targets within stipulated timelines

Candidate Requirements / Qualifications / Skills

Educational Qualification:
