Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive fluent in Hindi and English to handle voice-based queries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, data entry)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage time efficiently
Quick learner with a customer-first mindset
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
