We are looking for a BPO Manager to join our team at Snapmint Credit Advisory Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading, mentoring, and motivating the customer support team
Setting and monitoring KPIs like CSAT, FCR, AHT, and ticket resolution time
Ensuring adherence to SOPs, company policies, and compliance standards
Handling escalations and resolving complex customer issues
Identifying process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience
Coordinating with other departments to implement service improvements
Preparing reports and providing insights to senior management
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
