ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring candidates for an international travel and hospitality customer support process. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related queries, reservation concerns, booking modifications, cancellations, and other service-related requests.

Candidates should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to resolve queries professionally while maintaining service quality.

Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts

SALARY STRUCTURE

• Graduate Freshers: ₹24,000 In-Hand per month

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹28,000 In-Hand per month, depending on experience and eligibility

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

For Freshers

• Graduates from a recognised university.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

For Experienced Candidates

• Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.

• Prior experience in BPO, customer service, travel support, or international customer support is preferred.

• Candidates should be comfortable handling customer queries through multiple communication channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers with travel-related enquiries and reservation concerns.

• Provide support for booking-related queries, changes, cancellations, and other service requests, as applicable to the process.

• Handle customer interactions professionally and provide accurate information.

• Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate resolutions.

• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Follow the organisation's standard operating procedures and process guidelines.

• Document customer interactions accurately and escalate unresolved issues when required.

• Meet defined performance parameters, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain professionalism while handling customer concerns in a fast-paced international support environment.

SELECTION PROCESS – VIRTUAL

The recruitment process will consist of the following rounds:

Round 1: HR Screening

• Initial profile screening.

• Communication and eligibility assessment.

• Discussion regarding salary expectations, shift flexibility, and work location.

Round 2: AI Assessment – Mandatory

• Candidates must complete the AI assessment as part of the selection process.

• Clearing the assessment is mandatory to proceed to the next stage.

Round 3: Operations Interview

• Final evaluation by the Operations team.

• Assessment of communication, customer-handling approach, and role suitability.

Important: Candidates must be available for all selection rounds and should have a stable internet connection for virtual assessments and interviews.
