About the Role

We are hiring Relationship Managers for a well-known bank. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with prior banking or sales experience who are looking to build a strong career in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products

• Acquire new customers and manage existing client portfolios

• Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and insurance

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client queries

• Achieve assigned sales and service targets

• Maintain proper documentation and comply with bank policies

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates May Apply)

• Freshers and candidates with banking, finance, or sales experience can apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented approach with basic understanding of banking products

• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
