Key Responsibilities
● Provide support and regular updates to customers and Kendra partners
● Coordinate and assist in the smooth delivery of credit analysis reports
● Explain analysis reports and basic findings to customers clearly
● Handle backend coordination, status tracking, and follow-up activities
● Resolve customer and partner queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email
● Maintain customer records, case updates, and CRM entries accurately
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case handling and support
● Identify customers who require credit repair services after the analysis is delivered.
● Guide analysis customers toward suitable repair solutions and service upgrades
● Conduct follow-ups for pending decisions and customer activation
● Maintain professional communication and relationship management
