Backend Executive

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation with accuracy.

 Process and verify data entries, ensuring all information is updated and errorfree.

 Handle backend support for various teams such as operations, customer service, customer refund/replacement.

 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of queries.

 Monitor standard operating procedures.

 Support in process improvements.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree.

 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations or data management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

 Strong computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Good typing speed and attention to detail.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Good written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to work independently as well as in a team
