
We are looking for an Associate – ATM Operations Support to manage first and second level maintenance coordination for ATM operations. The role involves RMS monitoring, technical support to field engineers, coordination with SBI officials, reporting, and billing documentation. The position requires strong follow-up skills, technical understanding of ATM/RMS environments, and professional communication.
Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred: B.Com, B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in ATM industry handling:
First level maintenance (FLM) or
Second level maintenance (SLM) follow-ups
RMS monitoring and coordination
Monitor and follow up on Remote RMS calls (down-in-nature issues).
Coordinate external / second level maintenance category calls with service partners.
Provide L1 technical support to field engineers for:
RMS client configuration issues
Addition / deletion of ATM kiosks
Installation-related issues
RMS or bank application-related issues
Liaise with SBI LHO / Circle officials to resolve customer dependency matters.
Manage professional email communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and MIS.
Handle billing support activities, including invoice preparation and submission.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and timely closure of all assigned cases.
