We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Officer (CCO) to manage service requests, handle customer interactions, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and field technicians in our home appliance service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp queries, and service requests professionally
Register and assign service calls to technicians via CRM/software
Follow up with customers for service feedback and closure
Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery
Resolve customer complaints and escalate critical issues when required
Maintain accurate records of calls, services, and customer data
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Manage service scheduling and prioritize urgent requests
