Customer Support ATM Cash Loader

We are looking for a ATM Cash Loader to join our team at Hind Flying Solution Private Limited. This role involves ATM CASH LOADING, cash handling , cash reconciliation,ATM monitoring,security and safety, documentation and team coordination and Compliance related to ATM cash Loader. The role offers ₹ 16,000 - ₹ 24,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ATM Cash Loading: Load cash into ATMs safely and accurately as per assigned requirements.

2. Cash Handling: Handle, count, and verify cash before and after ATM loading.

3. Cash Reconciliation: Ensure the loaded cash matches the required denomination and records.

4. ATM Monitoring: Check ATM cash levels and report low-cash or cash-related issues.

5. Security & Safety: Follow strict security procedures while transporting and loading cash.

6. Documentation: Maintain proper records of cash loading, withdrawals, and transactions.

7. Team Coordination: Coordinate with the bank, ATM operations team, security personnel, and cash-in-transit team.

8. Issue Reporting: Immediately report any cash shortage, excess cash, machine error, or suspicious activity.

9. Compliance: Follow company policies, SOPs, and RBI/bank security guidelines.

10. Daily Reporting: Submit cash-loading reports and complete all assigned ATM duties within the scheduled time.

QUALIFICATION :-

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
