Job Summary
The Cash Collection Executive is responsible for the timely collection of cash from assigned locations or clients, ensuring accurate documentation, safe handling of cash, and timely deposit into the company’s designated accounts. The role requires integrity, accuracy, and coordination with operations and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
Collect cash from customers, sites, or business locations as per the assigned route and schedule
Ensure accurate cash counting and verification at the time of collection
Issue receipts and maintain proper collection records
Deposit collected cash in the bank or hand it over to authorised personnel within the stipulated timelines
Maintain daily cash collection reports and submit them to the accounts team
Follow company SOPs related to cash handling and security
Coordinate with branch operations and accounts for discrepancies, if any
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial transactions

Basic knowledge of cash handling and accounting procedures
Good numerical and reconciliation skills
