🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate client/internal calls and maintain schedules
Manage follow-ups, escalations, and communication workflows
Maintain accurate call logs, tickets, and reporting records
Assist backend operations and field service teams to ensure timely execution

💡 What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years in a coordination/support role (IT services preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus
Highly reliable, process-oriented, and customer-focused
