Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Executive for our office to coordinate with our PAN India network of loan connectors/DSA partners and provide them regular support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with connectors through phone calls and WhatsApp.

  • Help connectors with their loan-related queries and basic requirements.

  • Follow up on loan cases, pending documents and updates.

  • Coordinate with internal team members, Banks/NBFCs and Relationship Managers when required.

  • Maintain connector and case records in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Share relevant updates, documents and information with connectors.

  • Regularly follow up with connectors for new business and pending cases.

  • Provide timely and professional support to our connector network.

Required Skills: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, MS Excel/Google Sheets and good follow-up skills.
