Vision Partners is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic team in the Loan and Credit Card department. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in connecting with potential customers, explaining financial products, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. This position is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.Responsibilities:The primary responsibility of a Telecaller is to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about loans and credit card products. You will be required to answer customer queries, highlight the benefits of our services, and encourage customers to apply. Your role will include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up with interested prospects, and meeting daily and monthly call targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively converted into successful business opportunities.Requirements:We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates to apply. The minimum educational qualification required is 12th pass, although graduates are preferred. Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
