Assistant Telecalling Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property presentations, and closing sales deals to achieve set targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and a strong passion for the real estate industry.

1. Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, site visits, and online/offline marketing.

Conduct property tours, presentations, and explain project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.

Manage and nurture leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups until deal closure.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.

Assist clients with documentation, loan processing, and post-sales support.
