Job Summary
Jagdamba Builder & Developer is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with prospective customers, explaining property projects, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field activities.
Contact and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
Understand customers' property requirements, budget, and preferences.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and documentation.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits for interested customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and registration processes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated about local real estate market trends and competing projects.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10th pass; graduation in any stream is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and smartphone applications.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Knowledge of the local property market will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
