We are looking for a highly disciplined, detail-oriented Executive Assistant with excellent follow-up skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage both professional and personal tasks of the MD.
Follow up on all internal & external tasks and ensure closure.
Manage MD’s calendar, emails, meetings & coordination.
Communicate with clients, vendors & employees on behalf of the MD.
Prepare documentation, letters, reports and basic Excel sheets.
Conduct research & gather information from the internet.
Handle personal tasks: bookings, errands, coordination, etc.
Excellent follow-up and task-tracking ability (most important).
Strong command of English (written + verbal).
Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
Ability to communicate confidently and get work done from others.
Married (preferred)
Should live within 45 minutes of our office
