Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales targets through team management and channel development

• Recruit, train, and mentor the frontline sales team

• Ensure achievement of business objectives for assigned area

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis

• Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback

• Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Report daily/weekly/monthly sales and activity metrics to higher management

Requirements:

• Graduation (mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance / Banking / Financial Services

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Team handling experience preferred
