🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Operations

Assist in daily management of the company’s e-commerce platforms and online store.

Oversee product listings, stock updates, pricing accuracy, and store functionality.

Ensure smooth order processing, coordination with warehouses, and handle customer issue resolution.

2. Website & Platform Management

Maintain and monitor website performance, reliability, and user experience.

Identify and resolve issues related to website responsiveness and functionality.

3. Digital Marketing Support

Support online marketing campaigns including email, social media, and PPC.

Track and optimize paid campaigns to improve ROI and overall performance.

4. Product & Content Management

Maintain accurate product catalogs including SKU count, descriptions, images, and metadata.

Ensure high-quality product content to increase visibility and conversions.

5. Sales & Performance Analytics

Monitor and analyze key e-commerce performance metrics.

Study customer behavior, website traffic, and conversion rates.

Prepare performance reports and share insights for improvement.

6. Customer Experience & Support

Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve inquiries and complaints.

Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements.

7. Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with vendors, marketing teams, warehouse teams, and other departments to support business goals.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Magento, or other marketplaces.

Proficiency in MS Excel and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online sales strategies.

Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
