Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Asst. Manager/ Asst. Supervisor/Supervisor to join our team Sheth Anandji Kalyanji to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Bhojanshala/ Dharmshala/Office Administration. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary between Rs.15000 to Rs.20000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle office calls efficiently.

• Address office/Trust queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of Traveler's interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide required details to travelers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

• Work efficiently and help to other departments to manage complex issues.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Graduation and 1 to 3 Years Exp.. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 Days during the mentioned shift(When needed).
