ASSISTANT MANAGER – OPERATIONS & KEY ACCOUNTS

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day reward fulfilment operations and client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• Handle client communication, catalogue updates, product sourcing, and operational escalations.
• Negotiate with vendors and ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
• Monitor order processing, inventory availability, and SLA adherence.
• Prepare operational reports and performance MIS.
• Support onboarding of new clients and operational projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Client Servicing, Customer Success, E-commerce, Loyalty, Rewards, Corporate Gifting, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles will be preferred.
