Customer Support Assistant Manager

Job Description Position: Senior Engineer – Application Engineering Company: IndiTech Valves Pvt. Ltd. Location: Pune Experience Required: 5–7 years Industry: Valves, Flow-Control, Skid Packages Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering ❖ Key Responsibilities • Review technical specifications and tender documents for large-scale projects. • Develop detailed techno-commercial proposals aligned with project requirements. • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, Purchase, and Manufacturing. • Manage enquiries and proposals related to EPC and global projects. • Handle customer interactions and manage proposal revisions based on feedback. • Maintain and improve proposal templates and compliance checklists to enhance efficiency. ❖ Required Skills • Strong expertise in Proposal Engineering and Bid Management. • Proficient in cost estimation and handling EPC project specifications. • Skilled in technical documentation and maintaining compliance. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities for seamless internal and external collaboration. ❖ Preferred Exposure • Experience with major clients and projects such as ADNOC, IOCL, KOC, Aramco, Technip, Worley, etc. • Knowledge of control valves, safety valves, flame arrestors, and related flow-control equipment. ❖ Performance Indicators • Accuracy and timely submission of techno-commercial proposals. • High conversion rate from proposals to confirmed orders. • Strong customer satisfaction during the pre-sales and bidding process. • Continuous improvements in proposal process and documentation.
