We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager – Banking to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing branch operations, supporting the branch manager, driving business growth, and ensuring superior customer service.
Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and team supervision.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated queries efficiently.
Monitor branch performance and contribute to achieving business targets (CASA, loans, cross-selling, etc.).
Guide and support staff in sales, operations, and customer service functions.
Analyze reports, track performance, and recommend process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
0–3 years of experience in banking/financial services.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and customer service.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
