Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (IST)

Process: US-based Calling (Voice Process – Non-Sales)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Salary: ₹25,000/month (Fixed)

About the Role:

Affbulls Digital Pvt. Ltd. seeks a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our USA Accent Telecaller team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent English communication skills, and strong leadership qualities. You will manage team performance, ensure quality standards, and maintain smooth night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of USA accent telecallers

• Monitor and evaluate team performance daily

• Provide regular coaching, training, and constructive feedback

• Ensure compliance with calling standards and quality protocols

• Maintain attendance, discipline, and motivation during night shifts

• Resolve team concerns and escalate operational issues when necessary

• Track valid form submissions and ensure accuracy of reporting

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar team handling role (international voice process)

• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or Americanized accent

• Strong leadership and people management abilities

• Comfortable working night shifts and from the office

• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented with good decision-making skills

Compensation Details:

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹25,000

• Shift: Night (8:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST)

• Work Mode: Onsite – Bhopal Office
