Job Description – AR Caller (Medical Billing – KPO)

Job Title: AR Caller

Location: Mohali

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are looking for AR Callers (Accounts Receivable) with experience in Medical Billing to join our growing team. The role involves interacting with US insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and ensure timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to US insurance providers for claim follow-ups

• Analyze and resolve denied or pending claims

• Work on accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments

• Maintain accurate documentation of calls and claim status

• Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution

• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)

• At least 6 months of experience in Medical Billing / AR Calling

• Good understanding of US Healthcare & Insurance process

• Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)

• Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹19,000 In-Hand | ₹22,000 CTC

• Incentives up to ₹6,000/month

Preferred Skills:
