AR Caller

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced AR Callers with strong knowledge in US Medical Billing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Physician Billing (CMS-1500) and Hospital Billing (UB-04), along with excellent communication and denial management skills.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with insurance companies for claim status

Work on denied claims and take appropriate action

Ensure resolution of accounts assigned within the target time

Understand and work on CMS-1500 & UB-04 forms

Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an AR Caller in Medical Billing

Good knowledge of CMS-1500 & UB-04 formats

Strong analytical and communication skills

Willingness to work in night shifts (if required)

Immediate joiners preferred
