Admission Counsellor

OUR COMPANY is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and achieving enrolment targets.

salary- 20,000-35,000 per month.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures

2. Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries

3. Provide accurate information about courses, career prospects, and campus facilities

4. Follow up with interested candidates to convert enquiries into admissions

5. Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission formalities

6. Maintain daily records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions

7. Achieve monthly admission targets as assigned

8. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processes

• Eligibility & Skills Required

1. Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)

2. Freshers and experienced candidates both are eligible to apply

3. Experience in admission counselling / education sales will be an added advantage

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Strong convincing and counselling abilities

6. Ability to work in a target-driven environment

7. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
