Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage walk-in prospects and leads forwarded by the telecalling team.
Conduct in-depth counseling sessions to understand each learner’s goals.
Present Maxopp’s programs—Digital Business Launchpad, International Business & Entrepreneurship—highlighting benefits, outcomes, and mentor-driven methodology.
Address objections and doubts decisively; persuade and guide toward conversion.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate admission records and update CRM systems promptly.
Offer post-counseling support—e.g., assist with query follow-ups and next steps.
