Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to guide and assist students in the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students about courses, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and career options.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from prospective students.
Provide detailed information about programs, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed admissions.
Maintain student records and update the CRM system regularly.
Coordinate with the admissions team for documentation and enrollment.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and guide students.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
