Admission Counsellor

PR Study Abroad is seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students towards overseas education opportunities and contributing actively to admission conversions.

Key Responsibilities

•   Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients

•   Provide detailed information on courses, destinations, and admission processes

•   Convert leads into successful admissions by maintaining strong follow-ups

•   Handle student inquiries and explain services professionally

•   Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

•   Maintain accurate student records and call logs in CRM

•   Assist with counselling sessions, application support, and documentation

  Required Skills & Competencies

•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•   Sales and convincing ability

•   Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills

•   Ability to handle pressure and deadlines

•   Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage preferred)

  Eligibility Criteria

 Minimum 0 -2 year experience in Tele calling / Sales / Voice Process / Customer Support

 Experience in Inside Sales or Educational Counselling will be an added advantage
