We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Female Counselor who can provide effective guidance and support to students. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and should be passionate about helping individuals achieve personal, academic, or professional growth.                

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/ Masters degree.

• Proven experience as a counselor (educational, career, or psychological counseling preferred).

• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).

• Excellent listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
