We are looking for an Admission Counsellor to join MVS Foundation in Lucknow to guide students and parents regarding NIOS admissions, courses and academic programs. The role involves handling enquiries, counselling students, following up with leads and helping them choose the right program. The position offers a competitive in-hand salary and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student and parent enquiries through calls and messages.
Counsel students regarding NIOS admissions, courses and programs.
Explain course details, fees, admission process and related information.
Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain records of leads, calls and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve student queries.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass/Graduate, with 0–3 years of experience in counselling, sales or customer support. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills and be comfortable working 6 days a week in a Full-Time shift.
