We are looking for a confident and dedicated female Admission Counsellor to join our music and dance institute. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a warm personality, and the ability to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins

Explain course details, structure, and fee plans to prospects

Follow up with leads and maintain admission records

Support the admission process from inquiry to enrollment

Coordinate with the teaching team to schedule trial/demo sessions

Requirements:

Friendly and persuasive communication style

Prior experience in counselling or customer service preferred

Basic computer and record-keeping skills

Passion for music or education is a plus
