Seedling Group of Schools is seeking a motivated and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our team at Seedling Modern High School, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, guiding them through the admission process while representing the school’s values and ethos with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, and admission procedures.

• Counsel prospective students and parents on educational programs, admission requirements, and school policies.

• Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or school databases.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission processing.

• Participate in admission campaigns, school tours, and promotional activities.

• Meet admission targets and support overall enrollment goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing background preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.

• Prior experience in counselling or school admissions will be an added advantage.
