Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. The role involves candidate sourcing, campus outreach, and building strong relationships with placement cells to support internal hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and reach out to candidates through internal databases and job portals
Post job openings on various platforms and track applications
Coordinate with candidates for initial communication and screening
Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells
Conduct campus outreach for hiring and employer branding
Line up candidates for internal hiring requirements
Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers
Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive and detail-oriented approach
Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel is a plus
