Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team at Creatorwerse. This role involves handling inbound and walk-in inquiries, counselling potential students about our Digital Marketing and Content Marketing courses, and addressing queries related to Social Media Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and walk-ins professionally and efficiently

• Counsel prospective students on course offerings and benefits

• Address queries and concerns related to course content and career outcomes

• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups

• Provide relevant and timely information to help students make informed decisions

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission and onboarding processes

• Achieve enrolment targets and maintain high satisfaction levels

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling, sales, or customer support (preferably in the education or edtech sector)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving approach and ability to handle objections

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus

• Must be comfortable working 6 days a week in a day shift from our Jubilee Hills office

• Immediate joiners preferred
