Handle inquiries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, social media), counsel parents on curriculum, methodology, and guide them through the admission process, fees, and policies.
2. Admission Conversion & Follow-ups:
Conduct school tours, build strong relationships, and ensure regular follow-ups to convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
3. Coordination & Engagement:
Work closely with teachers and admin team for smooth onboarding; support events, demo days, and parent engagement activities.
4. Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (preferred Education/Psychology), strong communication (English + local language), pleasing personality, convincing skills, and basic computer/CRM knowledge.
