Role Overview

We are looking for an Admissions Counsellor to be the first point of contact for prospective parents. This is primarily a phone-based role, engaging with inbound leads from digital platforms and guiding families through the admissions journey with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up on inbound enquiries from website, social media, and digital campaigns

• Handle all outbound and inbound phone calls to prospective parents, diligently track call outcomes, follow-ups, and parent interactions, and update all details accurately in tracking sheets / CRM on a daily basis to ensure timely follow-up and lead closure.

• Understand parent requirements and explain AAIS curriculum, campuses, admissions process, and fees

• Schedule campus visits, school tours, and Parent Open House sessions

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth parent experience.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–2 years of experience in admissions, telesales, customer service, or parent-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

• Excellent communication skills in English; Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms

• Empathetic, organised, and comfortable handling multiple follow-ups
