Account Executive

manage financial records, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations in our jewellery business. The ideal candidate should have experience in core accounting, GST, and financial reconciliation with exposure to the unique aspects of the jewellery trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/ERP), including journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliation.

• Handle daily billing, purchase, sales, banking entries, expense and GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).

• Handle daily stock entries and related reports.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets monthly and annually.

• Monitor customer and vendor ledgers and handle accounts receivable/payable.

• Ensure compliance with tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and assist in audits.

• Coordinate with banks for transactions, LC management, and reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com or equivalent).

• Minimum 2–2.5 years of experience in accounting (experience in jewellery or retail is preferred).

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and inventory control.

• Understanding of job work accounting.

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
