Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential students and parents from provided leads or databases through outbound calls.
Clearly explain the features, benefits, and value of Vistas Learning’s courses, videos, and learning platforms.
Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients and introduce relevant educational services.
Persuade and guide prospects to attend demo sessions, explore trial programs, or subscribe to learning plans.
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and conversions in CRM systems.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments.
Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely closures and customer satisfaction.
Represent Vistas Learning professionally, maintaining a positive and student-first approach in all interactions.

Candidate Requirements
PUC or any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory).
Confident in conducting outbound calls and handling diverse audiences.
Prior experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or EdTech is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong persuasive, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
