Academic Counsellor

We are seeking a motivated and professional Academic Counsellor to join our team for Takshila Vidyapeeth in Faridabad at our Sector 35 Faridabad location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Education. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹15000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

• Do lead generation

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0.5-1 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
