Academic Counselor
● Identify, prioritize and reach out to new students.
● Follow up on leads and contacts
● Through interaction with prospective students on the phone or in-person uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the company’s products and services
● Consistently stay abreast of any new information on the Training center’s services promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information is supplied to students when they make enquiries
● Document all customer contact and information.
● Responsible for arranging travel, meetings and appointments.
● Welcome students and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
● Ensure that all contacts with clients (e-mail, walk-In to center, SMS or phone) provide the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level
Administrator
● Manage administrative duties of the training center
● Manage meta, facebook, instagram accounts and youtube channels of the company
● Maintain office supplies by checking stocks; placing and expediting orders; evaluating new products.
● Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs.
● Define job positions for recruitment and managing interviewing process
● Carry out induction for new team members
● Responsible for training, evaluation and assessment of students
● Responsible for students’ record of enrollment, attendance and evaluation
● Oversee the smooth running of the daily activities of the training center
