Customer Support Academic Counsellor

iDroid Academy is a leading training institute committed to empowering students and professionals with industry-oriented courses and practical learning. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our growing team.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.

• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online leads.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

• Maintain lead records and update enquiry status on a daily basis.

• Complete admission documentation and student registration formalities.

• Coordinate with the Accounts and Training teams for smooth admission processing.

• Maintain student records, files, and other back-office documentation.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.

• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and admission drives.

• Provide excellent support to students before and after admission.

• Perform general administrative and back-office tasks as assigned by the management.

RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• 0–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, telecalling, customer service, sales, or back-office operations.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.

• Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
