About the Role - Academic counselors in Appin assist college students with a broad range of academic Courses in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking. Counselors helps students make their educational and career decisions in the IT Field.

Responsibility -

●       Develop and implement an all-encompassing educational and counseling plan with modern methods of teaching and mentoring.

●       Calling and connecting students from different streams and tell them about the courses.

●       Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.

●       Foster equal opportunity practices and encourage students’ association.

●       Pay attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with the students.

●       Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist students.

Requirement -

●       Proven experience as a Guidance Counselor or Teacher.

●       Integrity and professionalism

●       Ability to operate within a wide range of student personalities and backgrounds

●       Education in various models of teaching, best counseling practices and regulations

●       Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence abilities

●       Basic knowledge of computers

Desirable -

●       Knowledge of MS Excel / MS Word

●       Tele calling

●       Target Driven
