Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

• Ensure fast, friendly, and efficient service

• Handle customer queries and complaints politely

• Promote suggestive selling and combo offers

Kitchen Operations

• Assist in food preparation as per standard recipes

• Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation

• Follow kitchen SOPs and safety procedures

• Ensure timely preparation of orders

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, counter, and dining area

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI norms)

• Wear proper uniform and maintain personal hygiene

Cash & Billing (if assigned)

• Operate POS system accurately

• Handle cash and digital payments responsibly

• Ensure correct billing and order punching

Teamwork & Discipline

• Work collaboratively with team members

• Follow shift schedules and company policies

• Support store operations during peak hours

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

• Prior QSR or restaurant experience preferred (freshers welcome)

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Energetic, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
