Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

• Ensure quick service and a positive customer experience

• Handle customer queries and complaints politely

Food Preparation & Service

• Prepare food items as per SOPs and hygiene standards

• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation

• Assist in kitchen or counter operations as assigned

Hygiene & Safety

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

• Keep kitchen, counters, and dining area clean at all times

• Adhere to health & safety guidelines

Operations & Teamwork

• Support team members during peak hours

• Follow shift schedules and instructions from supervisors

• Assist in opening and closing activities of the outlet

Inventory & Cash Handling (if applicable)

• Assist in stock handling and FIFO practices

• Support billing and cash counter operations

Skills & Requirements

• Basic communication skills

• Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends & holidays)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Prior QSR experience is a plus but not mandatory

Education & Experience

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

• Freshers are welcome

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
