Role Overview

Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform basic food preparation tasks, including preparing waffles and garnishing items as per standards.
Take customer orders and provide accurate information about menu items.
Prepare food items according to recipes provided by the store manager.
Operate the cash register and process customer payments efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
Prepare ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
Handle phone orders and deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment at all times.
Monitor and maintain proper stock levels at the outlet.
Participate in training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
