Desi Handi is hiring skilled and enthusiastic Tandoor 2nd Commi for our premium dine-in restaurant in Palam, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in preparing tandoori dishes including kebabs, tikkas, rotis, naans, kulchas, and other tandoor specialties.
Prepare mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Keep the tandoor section clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Work closely with the senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

Tandoor 2nd Commi: 2–4 years of tandoor experience.
Basic knowledge of North Indian and tandoori cuisine.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Positive attitude, discipline, and eagerness to learn.
